Cancellation and Return Policy

Effective: Januar 2025

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped.
To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@sirinnur.de with your order number.

2. No Returns for Perishable Goods

Please note that our products fall under the category of perishable food items.
Therefore, returns and refunds are excluded in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 No. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Freshly baked goods such as Baklava, Shekerbura, Qogal, etc.

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Special offers, discounted products, or gift boxes

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@sirinnur.de.

Include the following details in your message:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the affected item(s) and the outer packaging

After reviewing the case, we may offer:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Partial refund

  • Voucher for a future order

Please do not return any items without prior written approval.

4. Return Shipping Address (In Approved Cases Only)

Returns may only be sent after receiving written confirmation from us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (in rare approved cases),
we will notify you by email regarding the refund decision.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

6. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal for Food Items

Under EU consumer protection law (§ 312g Abs. 2 No. 2 BGB),
there is no right of withdrawal for perishable food items,
as they are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
